Form records are stored securely within our protected hosting environment and are accessible only to authorised members of Dominican Parade UK CIC. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only for as long as they are needed for the purpose submitted, legal obligations and responsible organisational administration, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
