Baseball, Community and Opportunity
Wandsworth Baseball Club is being developed by Dominican Parade UK CIC to introduce children and families to baseball in a welcoming community environment.
Baseball has a special place in Dominican culture. Through the club, we want to share that passion while creating opportunities for young people from every background to build confidence, learn new skills, stay active and enjoy being part of a team.
The initial programme is expected to focus on children aged approximately 8–12 and will be designed for beginners. Young people who develop a lasting interest may later be signposted towards suitable opportunities to continue playing.
A considered starting point for beginners.
No previous baseball experience is required. Parents and carers of children aged 7–13 are welcome to register interest. Final groupings may be adjusted once demand, coaching advice and programme capacity are understood.
